Awww...that's so sad...but delicious. Catching them in that way is cruel. You should have to fight for your meal. Take off those rubber bands and grab 'em yourself. That's how you should catch them if you want to eat them.

Screw fighting them--have you ever chased a lobster (or at least a crawfish) underwater? Those things are kinda fast! If they weren't all piled up onto each other they'd probably be too hard to catch what with the "business" end and the fast swimming.

y'see, seeing all those lobsters in those tanks, plus the fact that you need to plop them in the pot alive, is the very reason why I just can't bring myself to eat that stuff. =/

Although, I can never say "no"to a good soft shell crab...or crab legs....>< I'm terrible.
