Anyone else doing this?

I'm going to be making my own tees with my artwork on them to sell at AC2011. [That is, if my work gets accepted...]

I've heard Jet Pro Soft Stretch is the best inkjet heat screen printing paper to use. I can get tees for about 2.50 per tee...The paper comes in a 25 pack for about $18.00. Total cost to make a tee would be about $4.00. Every site I've seen charges crazy amounts for tees. My designs are color-heavy, so single-color printing wouldn't be an option.

Does anybody know of somewhere that does multiple color screen printing for less than what I would get making them myself? It just seems like the better option.

PS: Opinions on whether or not my art would sell at AC would be appreciated. Link is in my sig!

Thanks for any help you all can offer. Hope to see you at AC!

I'm not sure of the price per shirt depending on how many you are going to make, and how many colors but this place, http://www.storenvy....rinting/pricing, does professional printing and I think it's pretty good :D
or if that's not good I think the method you are going to do seems good :D it's most likely cheaper anyways lol

unfortunately after looking at your art I don't think it would sell at all, it needs a lot of work, but you still have time to improve before it's time to go to ACEN 2011 :D

@ turnip - Watch the double post.

Screening is always cheeper in mass production. The artwork shown caters to only one type audence, if you have different styles and such, then you're going to sell more. Personaly, I would go with the iron ons. Also, you may want to go with the shirts and prints seprately, that way, people can choose to have u put it on or they can put it on their own shirt... Options are key.
