after a very long absince, i have returned, some of you wont know me, but the long timers will, maybe. sorry for the disappearing act, but some things got in my way, and other things needed to be taken care of. some of you are probably saying "who is this noob" sorry to disappoint you, other then 2006 and 2010, i hit every acen since its start, as well as over 1000 other anime and furry cons around the country. to those that cared, i am sorry, but i'm mostly back now, mostly.

Yeah, I've been checking it. If I had any room I would offer, but the only empty space I have is a 2 car garage... which might still end up filled since my wife & I haven't finished moving everything into our new house.

Thanks, we got really lucky in getting it. Her grandfather had a reverse mortgage on the old house & passed away last year, So we had to find a place. We managed to find a short sale that we could afford & closed in time to get the tax credit. Still needs some small repairs, but it's a great first house.

well, if you do need anything, i have built multi-million dollar houses from the ground up, all but the electrical work, not licensed for it, and i would be more then happy to help, even if you didnt have room there for us, i'd still help, its who i am, "help where i can, dont worry about repayment."

Thanks for the offer. Til I get the tax credit money back, my biggest work is putting light switch covers back on & moving my library. I've got 6 bookcases moved & 3 left to bring over.

nice, me and VK are in jacksonville, about 45 mins dead west of springfield, your a hell of alot closer then her mom is in crystal lake, thats for sure, and isnt T_C in/around joliet too?

I got a friend in Joliet but she said she'd only be able to help Yor and I out if we lived closer

Yeah T_C lives out this way. I ended up in Rockdale which is blocks away from Joliet & heck of a lot cheaper. Plus I can drive east down my street, hit I-80 & be out to New Lenox in around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.

When I checked at city hall what water usually runs they pulled out all of the last months slips, water/sewer/garbage was $25 at highest. At the moment they have a contract with the garbage disposal, garbage is free til 2014 when the contract expires.

I can try to check if there's anything for rent out this way if you want & I'll have a friend check downtown Joliet.

anything would be helpfull, but it sucks that even if there is a place to rent out there, unless the rent is free for a while, we have no cash, nor jobs, so i guess we are kinda f'ed atm.

I'm fairly sure he's got to have something. After all, before the housing market crashed he was flipping $500k properties.

Then the market crashed, he couldn't sell or rent a place in Florida, so he decided to declare bankrupt rather than spend all his money paying for the place. He's a cheap bastard like that sometimes.

lol, nothing wrong with pinching a few pennies durring hard times, we all do it now and then. but like i said, anything that can help us land a place together would help, hell i'd even cook, i was trained by one of the ppl that inspired emeril to start cooking, my grandmother
