How many of us are going to be able to get there for the Friday meetup? I'll see what I can do, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to get there in full costume. Still don't know the details on what I have to do with makeup and stuff. Hopefully we'll all be able to make it for the Saturday meetup, even if it is late than we had planned? We still need to go and get a picture of us all falling down stairs, whether the staff likes it or not >:D

I think...I'll probably be there on Saturday, because I've got a panel I'm part of on Friday and I don't know if I can get the Troll makeup off fast enough afterwards. We'll have to see.

Well, my friend went on a detox diet and lost maybe 30 pounds in a month. This was with exercise and sticking to the diet. It's hard and the first couple days or so you'll have headaches and feel like crap because your body is longing for the processed sugar and caffeine.

I'm really crap terrible at losing weight so I dunno. Vriska's gonna look a little average, guys! Hahaha.

No 8acking out of the cosplay now after spending this much... Crap I still have to make the horns. I'm having trou8le with them.

So I bought all of my cosmetic stuff for my cosplay other than like, a couple things of eyeliner that I may not even need. I'm actually getting really excited.
If you guys need help finding the body paint or make up I might be able to help now hahaha I've been looking all over the internet for the past couple weeks.

I just need to figure out how I'm going to make her horns and get a jacket and finish talking to this lady about a possible glove to use for her metal arm. She says it'd work she just needs to figure out how she'll do the lines.

haven't checked back here in a long time!
my cosplay plans have changed. i'm still doing a terezi (seeing i've had all her supplies for a long time now), and i'm considering doing the john cosplay i did at anime milwaukee or a god tier john. i see we might already be having one, so i don't know if i still want to.
but it'll be nice to see you all! if we get some real official dates, i bet my darling friend who's tagging along and dislikes homestuck won't mind. i sat through his hetalia photoshoot, he should be fine with it
also my sister is seriously considering a kanaya!
i really would love to see you all, i'll be with my friend and sister because they're both 16 and i'm only 13 and cannot be wandering hallways alone, for the most part.
it'll still be really amazing to catch up with everybody!
expect photographs and hugs.
i won't be annoying or obnoxious, because let's face it, no conventions like obnoxious teenagers.

It's coming along really nicely! What kind of makeup are you using for your lipstick? I can never find decent odd colored lipstick ever.

It isn't lipstick and I just found out what cosplayers are doing today.

It's eyeshadow over chapstick.
I just dabbed it on and it stayed on pretty well. I had to rub kind hard with some tissue to get it off.

You can also apparently just use body paint or eyeliner.
My friend also suggested mixing koolaid mix with vaseline. This way it doesn't feel as dry as the eyeshadow does.

The koolaid friend was just someone who until recently did this because she couldn't afford lipstick.

But finding blue koolaid mix is kinda hard for me so I guess it's eyeshadow for me. Not like I can lick my lips with the vampire fangs in anyways.
