Finally a movie that has what I want! Stallone. Willis. Schwarzenegger. Li. Steadham. Lundgren. Austin. Rourke. Couture. I know its a man's movie but come on a chick like me needs some action too. Plus it looks fun! I cant wait to see it! Anyone else?

I am surprised that Chuck Norris and Steven Seagal aren't in this movie :P

Steven and Chuck know what they did. And it's wear their welcomes out too quickly.

I also blame Steven Seagal for half of the jokes I heard about my hair for my costume. So screw Steven Seagal.

This movie makes me want to eat steaks and fight bears! That's my kind of movie! That and the reunion of Rocky and Drago!

They should have also gotten JCVD (Van Damme)and Jackie Chan.
And, of coarse, Michael Dudikoff.

I don't think it's up Jackie Chan's type of movie. But either way I'm totally stoked for this movie. I really don't care a thing about the story. All I want from this is expoltions, fighting, drinking, and of course funny jokes. This movie should just expolde from the awesomeness.

Van Damme (and Seagal, for that matter) were both offered and rejected if I heard the rumors right.

I thought Van Damme was in it (maybe just as a cameo). Dark Stranger's right--this isn't really Jackie Chan's kind of movie, especially now as he's more or less established himself as "family friendly." It'd be like Gamera acting like the Cloverfield Monster.

From what I heard, Chuck Norris said he wasn't interested (Chuck is pretty much retired from acting, and doesn't like movies where he's not the lead) and Seagal was rejected because he's, well, Steven Seagal. Sadly, Steve isn't the arm-breaking, Brooklyn tough guy he used to be. I'd still hate to take him on, but he's pretty much just a parody of himself now. Kinda sad; I used to love watching Seagal movies back in the late 80s, when he wasn't taking himself seriously.

Dudikoff is kinda in the same boat as Seagal. He's become a parody of himself. The American Ninja movies were pretty sad stuff anyway; IMHO, they weren't even fun to make fun of, unlike the awesomely bad Sho Kosugi ninja flicks.

Ah well...this should still be a damn good movie, no matter how bad it is. It'll either be epic, like the Wild Geese, or epically bad, like Showdown in Little Tokyo.

Expendables 2 adds Chuck Norris and John Travolta along with Jean-Claude Van Damm!
All they need now is Steven Seagal, Harrison Ford as The President, Bolo Yeung as a miniboss, & the ghost of Charles Bronson.

Gonna start conditioning my hand for all the 'bro high-fives' imma be doing.
