EDIT: 1/14/2011:
Gintama panel will not be happening at Acen this year. However! Photoshoot is still on, and if you're convention hoppers I'll be attempting to give The Truth of the Strawberry Milk panel at the following conventions:
Otakon 2011
Kollisioncon 2011
Ohayocon 2012
Acen 2012

2010's gathering was even more epic than the year before it, so let's keep up the tradition and don't give up!
I'm going to shoot for the same time-frame & location as 2010.

Also as a change of pace let's post some ideas for shots to get so I have something to go on once my brain shuts off halfway through the shoot. It happens you know...

I know we totally forgot about the janken game with the helmets and hammers! D: WE HAVE TO DO IT THIS YEAR. NO EXCUSES.

Kagura is probably the only cosplay that I can say with certainty I will be wearing at Acen next year. I'm nearly done with pulling everything together already, so there's no doubts on it being finished in time. I have a friend cosplaying Okita as well as friends possibly cosplaying Hijikata, Kondo, and Gintoki--I can't entirely speak for them though. But after seeing some pretty hilarious photos from this year, I'll definitely attempt to make next year's gathering.

Of course I'll once again be there as Sacchan to stalk me some Gintokis. XD I'm still tempted to do a Tsukyuo cosplay but I have enough planned already.

Mmmmm... I might cosplay as someone from Gintama, but not sure... (Time to run through the whole manga/anime again. :'D) [Hell, I'm not een sure if I can come this year. =\ But if I can...] the least I'll do is stop by the photoshoot. <3

I'll be twoyearlater!Okita and my best friend will be twoyearlater!Kagura.
We may have a Zura with us as well, but we're not positive yet.

Hey everyone, I was contacted by the head of the gatherings organization for this year and show the first draft of the photoshoot gathering schedule. They're being told to finalize this ASAP by panel programming. We're currently listed for Saturday in the Garden at 7PM. I have until Friday to okay this for them, so please reply here and let me know if this will work out for everyone. If I don't get any responses, I'm just going to give them the OK.
