Anyone else cosplaying from Digimon?

I'm going to be Hikari from Digimon Adventure 01. I'm gonna try and cosplay her Adventure 02 outfit, but I'm not entirely sure yet. I want my boyfriend to cosplay T.K. from Adventure 02, but he probably won't do it. >>

I'm going to make a list of cosplayers and who they are cosplaying so we can keep track of who is cosplaying who.

Lina - Hikari Yagami [Adventure 01] and maybe Hikari Yagami [Adventure 02]
Kitsu-chan - Mimi Tachikawa [Adventure 01]
Pau-chan - Gatomon

Mimi from Adventure 01 or 02? Both are awesome cosplays. :3

I think I used to have a Palmon plushie, but I'm not sure. I know I have a Patamon, Biyomon and Gatomon one for sure. :3 Digivices are so expensive now. ><

I have a pink one of the Adventure 01 digivices for my Hikari cosplay. I have Davis', T.K.'s (02) and Cody's digivices from Adventure 02.

So far I'm rewatching the series, so I'm not sure. I haven't even finished the first 13 eps.

I did find Digivice for bid that's only $15 right now, too bad there's still 2 days to go & it's orange. Guess I could always see if a small touch-up with some acrylic paint would work.

Were they're Digivices different colors or did that depend who was doing color for that episode? Looking at ep2 everybody's Digivice is a light blue.

They are all blue, but when I bought a Gatomon figure, it came with a pink digivice toy. I'm not sure if they did that with all the digidestined Digmon though.

I'm going to use paint to paint Cody's digivice pink for Hikari's.

I may get to go as Gatomon :3 I'm playin it by here since I may be able to use the same layout that I plan on doing for Jolteon ^ ^

I only have the orange 02 digivice and Takato's from Tamers. D: How come they have to be so dark expensive?! DX

This is the first year that I don't have any Digimon planned for the past two years DX
However, if I have time I will definitely stop by and see you guys and hopefully attend the Panel! =D

So far no luck getting a Digivice. I got outbid on the first auction, but I'm winning the second so far. Sadly it has 4 days left. On the plus side, I found a tutorial about how to make a Digivice out of sculpty clay if I can't get one. If anybody needs the tutorial let me know & I can post a link.

I might even end up having a friend pick up a Digimon Neo when he goes to Japan.

There's actually somebody on Ebay who was selling them. HERE Maybe they'll put up another auction soon or you can use the pics as a reference to make your own.

I'll probably try to make my own since I'm already making Mimi's dress & hat. Thankfully my new house has a workshop area, I can finally do sewing & prop making without having to put anything away when I leave for work.

Same reason I plan to make mine... well that & I might have a Theater major staying with me during the summer. I plan to make him work a bit since I'm only gonna charge $50/month for rent

The ones that person on ebay makes are beautifully crafted though so I probably will buy one. It will look SO much better than mine. lol

I'm only letting stay for so cheap cause he'll only be there maybe 2 months & have to sleep on a fold-out. On the plus side for him, he gets to stay in my workshop/library.

The previous owners turned the 1.5 car attached garage into a Four Seasons room, it's got the size to handle all 10 of my bookcases & room for my sewing machine. Plus maybe room for the TV & my game systems. I've got almost every system from the original NES to the more recent. The only systems I don't own are Sega Dreamcast & Virtual Boy, both which flopped fairly quickly... I suddenly want his room

I close Friday morning, so I'll try to get pics up soon. I plan to throw a party after I finish moving in.

We got insanely lucky to get the house. We got it on short sale for $78,000 & it appraised at $92,000. It needs a handful of small repairs, but nothing I or a family member can't do.

The big project comes once we get the tax credit money back. The four seasons room is 6inches lower than the rest of the house, so we're gonna raise the floor. Most of the room will be raised even to the rest of the house, knock down the wall to the half bathroom & make it a full.

Mostly planned. The library idea just kinda happened on it's own. My wife & I walked into the room & our jaws dropped cause we noticed it was big enough for all the bokcases that are scattered around the house. I think there's a bookcase in every room except the bathroom right now. I think there's even a bookcase of manga in the kitchen at the moment >.<

I'll be so glad when we finally get moved. Then I can finish reading some of the series that have gotten scattered around the house.

OMG the tags and crests look AMAZING! I would love to do Kari from season 2, but I'm not sure how I'd do that outfit yet. :/
I need to get a whistle if I get to do Gatomon :3 I would love to wear it.
