Ok I didn'r know how to right the topic so I wrote it the best I can. But I just finished watching EVangelion, loved it! Whats another anime that is like NGE and/or FLCL? You know since they are both very confusing I really like that. And I like the gruesomeness of NGE and the comedy of FLCL. WHat is the anime I'm looking for?

Well if you havent seen Dead Leaves I highly recommend that lovely gem! Its more messed up than FLCL and well...its just crazy lol I have it in my anime collection (its just a movie) and I love it.

Bludgeoning Angel Dokoro Chan is a great cute gory series that I think youd enjoy.

The rest are honorable mentions:

Perfect Blue is another movie with its..erm..charms.

Fist of the North Star is violent and ridiculously violent. Its so violent its hilarious at times.

Gantz is an interesting series, but I highly recommend reading it instead. Lots of fan service, blood, aliens, and... (watch it/read to find out more!)

Akira. <3

Taiyaki is selling Dokuro-chan. Dokuro-chan is a gag comedy about an angel who comes to live with a young boy to keep him out of trouble, but more often than not she ends up killing him in an exploding ocean of blood (only to bring him back to life with her magic spell). Here's the MAL, btw. I imagine the reason you couldn't find it was because of Ska's typo. XD

I would also recommend
Petite Cossette.

I have Dead Leaves as well, I saw it on cable tv once and I hunted it down until I found a copy for a good price. I gotta say... "Straight Jacket Loving" is the next big thing.

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann? It's like both of those series. Hell, watch anything by Gainax.

Also, Dead Leaves was pretty awesome.

While anything by Gainax is a good answer, everything by Gainax is hardly the same as everything else. Gainax likes to reinvent genres and go, HA we can do this better than you can and it might be annoying if they weren't right so often.

As for what you suggested, you may be interested in the works of Satoshi Kon. He is kinda like the Japanese Alfred Hitchcock. Many of them have been listed already. Perfect Blue, Paranoia Agent, etc. Lain is also great if you like to have your brain screwed with.

There is of course Rahxephon as well which was hailed as a rip off of Eva when it was coming out. I never quite agreed with those statements, but its certainly something you may enjoy. I would also suggest Last Exile.

Eureka Seven has similar themes to Evangelion. Diebuster (watch Gunbuster first though!) is similar to FLCL in style.

To be fair, everyone should watch Gunbuster and Diebuster regardless of what you are looking for in an anime.

If you want the randomness of FLCL you might want to check out Jungle Wa Itsumo Hale Nochi Guu...
