Please Help ^^; I Have A Few Questions About My Skit Idea

I wanted to do a live performance of a K-on song, but the main problem might be the equipment setup for the amps and drums. here is the link to my thread http://www.acen.org/...showtopic=36976 what would you suggest i should do? are we allowed to setup musical equipment before a skit is probably my main question?

Due to extreme time constraints, you will probably not be able to do this as planned. Also, how would you power those instruments that need it?

A better option is that there is a small stage in the hallways of the ACen Hyatt where potential musical groups can schedule time to entertain the crowd.
