It seems that for the past 5 days allergies have been not only attacking, but rampaging! I have them and get them bad, but since last Friday I've been eating benadryl and zyrtec. It's crazy. I am finding myself in agreement with a line from the Nirvana song, In Bloom, "nature is a whore."Anyone else have them bad? Anyone know any other remedies I can try?

your only hope is to move to phoenix az its hot as hell there so im sure all your midwest allergies will burn up before they get in your nasal passage. just wait till you are allergic to the cactus....

I've found that allergy medications alone don't work for me. Only thing that works for me is to combine the allergy medication with ibuprofen (advil.)

Not too sure if this is doctor recommended, but it works soo well.

im allergic to everything... literally... mold, pollen, dander, pets, food... you name it im allergic.... and have been my entire life.... at this point in my life ive just learned to deal with it... ive tried allergy shots, different allergy medications and after awhile they just dont work for me anymore....

I only have allergy problems in the midwest but when I go to MN they dissapear. I heard that most people that have allergies in Illinois is due to the corn pollen. =(

Oh, I moved from the midwest to Phoenix, AZ, so nowhere is safe.

The most my allergies are giving me is a little bit of a raspy throat, other then that I'm actually fairing nicely this season!


Now if only I can do something about this sunburn. I still can't believe it is already 80 degrees out in cincy, wtf

Dude, I have the worst allergy known to man. Grass allergies... rawr. Seriously, I can't get away from it! I don't get sniffles either, I get this nasty red rash crap all over my arms and hands, its no good. Luckly it usually only during the early spring, when it first starts to grow.

I wish there was a way to get rid of allergies. My life is harder because of them.

Dust, mold, animal dander, among other things. At one time in my life, I was allergic to ketchup and chocolate..which eventually passed.

lies my doctor said to me the only place i would be safe is there! damn that lying doctor! then again i was allergy test and i am not allergic to anything thats in the midwest or common in house holds so im just allergic to life i figure. w/o meds i do best though.

every 2 week, and later every month, Kasin got an allergy shot.

allergies lead to kasin's asthma acting up.

that lead to kasin's pnemonia acting up.

that lead to it becoming double phemonia/

that lead to kasin spending weeks in the intensive care unit... T_T

I hate my allergies.

Grass+trees+mold+house dust. Yay for being allergic to everything that surrounds me. :/
At least my allergies only act up during mid fall and mid spring.
