They were really on top of things in the convention center.

Thank you! I was Convention Center Dispatch (2pm 'til con center closed) and the IRT working Convention Center did a really great job, including my fellow Con Center Dispatchers... I was very proud of them! It's great to hear others say the same thing. ^_^
