I gave a 9 because of one hiccup and little time spent actually WITH IRT. my hiccup is in the complaints thread for staff that wants to know
I won't be attending Acen 2012 due to school. Acen 2013 Cosplays remain a secret.

I had little interaction with IRT this year but had absolutely no complaints. My only interaction with them was on Thursday night in the registration line, and my only suggestion for improvement would be to give them some kind of loudspeaker/megaphone for getting the crowd's attention when conveying instructions to the reg line.

I gave IRT a 9, there will always be room for improvement.

IRT helped out Acen Kids in a big way. They helped us with the trick or treating on Saturday during the con. We had a large group of kids and their parents walking through the con, making sure we stayed as one big group. That was not as easy job for anyone. Thank you IRT for the assisting us with the group of Trick or Treaters.
