I had intentions to get a pair of pants for my cosplay from the thrift store today but figured I might as well buy new ones instead. After deciding this, my friend and I walked near the electronics to the back of the store and right before walking out, we walked to the electronics in the front of the store for the hell of it. I looked at the dvds and saw Samurai X, all three movies in cases with no damage right behind the glass case. I thought they'd be costly for being behind a glass case.

$3 each. I already own the Director's Cut verions but I couldn't pass this up.

Anyone find something that was just in an odd place that you just had to buy?

Yep, I found a Scrapped Princess t-shirt for $1.50 hanging off of furniture in a thrift store. I still haven't seen the anime, but at the time, I thought, wow an anime t-shirt for cheap!

I'm just surprised about the anime. I mean I'd see Pokemon all the time but nothing like what I found, especially in pristine condition.

I still have it too! Another goody, I was visiting a friend in Florida for vacation. On my last day, there was a neighbor hood garage sale. We both thought, it would be just full of baby junk, but the last house I went to, I found treasure. A great condition Final Fantasy game with box & map & books. Also Castlevania with box, for 50 cents! I also picked up a copy of of SNS game I got my friend hooked on for a dollar. It was a sweet deal.
