Hey,

Just another question from the "what do I want to put on my schedule" department. Exactly what happens at the opening and closing ceremonies at ACen.

Generally the opening is introducing the guests, giving some background on them, etc things like that.

Closing is generally what it implies - The con chair gets up there talks about the con weekend, etc.

I've always found them fun things to attend :]

I rarely go to the opening ceremony just for the fact that the Dealer's Room opens at the same time and I want to make sure I get the best chance to find what I'm looking for.
