I love Tiffany Grant's work. (she was great last year!)
Any cheers or jeers from the Acen faithful on this series? Is it worth my time? Sub better than dub? Should we have let that stupid goat watch the game?

It is slightly above average as a whole and avoids many of the wholes that many sports series fall into. The cast is well developed and spends a considerable amount of time dealing with the secondary cast. The show is different from many sports shows in that it is mainly character driven instead of game driven. The art is good and animation is clean but nothing to cheer about. The overall look is your basic late 90's anime style and was drawn fairly simplistically.

I could never get into it. I have enjoyed some of Adachi's works though, so its not that I *don't* enjoy sport themes.

It definintely seems like a "different" kind of sports show... I'm on episode three right now.
