UPDATE (5/10): All console doners have been contacted; if you sent us an email and have not heard back re-email us ASAP.

Over the years, ACen VG has relied (and still does) on donated consoles, games, and accessories to run the game room. With the generous help of attendees like you, it is possible to make ACen Video Gaming what it is today.

This year we have changed how the Console Donation program works, so please take a moment and read the following information in its' entirety.

What you can offer:
- A Full Setup (Wii, 360, or PS3)
A "Full Setup" includes:
- Console (Wii, 360, or PS3)
- All Cords (Power & Audio/Video {Component/Composite and/or HDMI})
- Minimum Two (2) controllers (wired controllers preferred)
- Minimum One (1) multiplayer game*
* "Multiplayer game" includes but is not limited to the following titles: Rock Band 2, Smash Bros Brawl/Melee, Halo 3, CoD: Modern Warfare 2, Street Fighter IV (reg or Super), King of Fighters, Naruto GNT or Accel, Pop 'n Music, Guitar Hero WT (w/2 guitars & full unlock save), Tekken 6, Arcana Heart, Melty Blood: Actress Again, Blaz Blue, Mario Kart Wii, DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3, SoulCalibur IV... many more accepted, ask if your title is!

What we can offer:
- Courtesy badge for this years ACen*
- Limited insurance for consoles, games, accessories, etc. in the unlikely event that they become damaged beyond use, lost, or stolen.**
*Courtesy badge is ONLY available if you have NOT already paid for an ACen badge.
**All donated items will receive regular convention wear & tear use. Limited insurance is only applicable for: item(s) damaged beyond use (as determined by ACen VG staff), item(s) lost by VG staff, or item(s) stolen.

Limitations / Rules:
- ALL donations MUST be dropped off either: Thursday May 13 (between Noon-8PM), or Friday May 14 (10AM-11:59AM).
- Donations will NOT be released for pickup prior to 5:01PM, Sunday May 16.
- Any donations (items) left behind will be mailed out to donor, after sucessful email/phone contact has been made.
- All of your equipment WILL be tested on-site before it is accepted. TEST YOUR EQUIPMENT BEFORE DONATING.
- If you have already paid for a badge, you are out of luck; we are unable to give out refunds. If this is you, and you are still interested; email me and we will try to work something out.

NOTE:
If your console is on the fringe of death, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THEM. We cannot be responsible for a console that is, for example, a launch system and it dies in the middle of the con because it's so old or abused. We are not your dying console replacement service. We will test all systems for full functionality before we accept them. If your system is not deemed as usable we will not be able to offer a badge.

This also pertains to peripherals and games. If your game is super-scratched (or contains questionable or deep scratches) or your controller is broken or half-working, we will not be able to accept them.

Please send ALL inquiries, questions, and/or comments about the Console Doner Program to videogaming@acen.org with the subject line "CONSOLE DONER PROGRAM".

ACen Video Gaming staff is dedicated to ensuring your system is safe and well-maintained!
