Oh god, i know! its coming up quick!
I had to work my magic at work to make sure I got the time off I needed...cause I actually wasnt originally allowed to take that weekend off...but I know a few tricks to get by that.
So i'll be there every day, all day. :] I cant wait. Its been 4 years since i've last gone. -.-
and unfortunately i'll be driving myself there every day...unless I can find a place to crash saturday night(since i dont work sunday).

the reason for that time was that was the only loc and time i could get
but a night time photoshoot would be nice maybe friday

problem with that is it would have to be a few quick pictures because that is a high traffic area and i got to be at my photoshoot location a little early

We can always meet where they have the merchants. Since a lot of cosplayers hang out outside.

And possibly we can have a meeting each day for a short time. That way not all photographers have to meet all at once.

If we are worrying about conflicting schedules.

Oh and one more thing.
If any photographer is looking for a specific cosplay event, there's a sticky note in the cosplay section about the "gatherings".

So with that you can help yourself as well as we can decide how to meet around those events. :3

I myself am not sure about the fountain. This is the first time I've heard about it.

I first came up with meeting so we can get a feel of each other as photographers.
