we actually start this with by narrowing it down to 128 shows from around 500 or so. We take out shows that are very good but have very little fanbase, shows like Kaiba, Touch, Mononoke, Kimagure Orange Road, Armored Trooper Votoms. Those 128 are put into brackets via random number table and a group of five people determine the first two rounds. What is played here is the final 32 shows.

since voting should not be closed on hellsing and parika...
Edit: maybe I misunderstood. is the closing at 12:00am of the date stated, or is voting still valid on the date listed. for example R1h will actually stop getting votes on 4/10 at 11:59pm?

anything that is closed has the winner marked next to it. Hellsing has gone down, sorry. Voting closes on midnight of the day listed. As in your second example, voting for it closed about 2 and a half hours ago.
Hopefully that at least kinda makes sense...If not I'm sorry, I suck at explaining.
