Could anyone point me in the direction of the autograph policy? Such as how many autographs per person, or other rules? If I have 3-4 DVDs of a particular guest, I am wondering how many I can bring, etc.

Not sure off-hand where the rules would be online, but previously the official limit per signature session was two items if I remember right.

Usually in the programming book there is a section regarding the autograph policy but I cant seem to find a post on here about it this year but I'll tell you that you are better off bringing up to two things that you can have a handful of people sign, like for instance you could have a dvd set of Soul Eater and have each voice actor sign in metallic sharpie by their character on the cover or on the first disc or whatever.
Its unique and you won't have to carry a lot of merchandise. If you don't have anything for that specific group look up the guests and see if theres something else you can have a few people sign. I apologize for not having enough info butI i'll try to see if someone has any current info. =3

Best I can do now is point to this page which will eventually list all of the policies but doesn't seem to have any up now.

According to the program book from last year the limit is two items, which to the best of my knowledge has not been changed.

Just wanted to update after doing some more checking.

As of right now the autograph policy is indeed two items only, unless otherwise noted.
