This couple got their wedding invitations to be a little 8-bit game like mario.
The guests have to finish the game before they can receive the full details of the wedding...
Gives me ideas.

While I find this to be awesome, I have to say you will not be getting wedding invitations from me for personal beliefs. But if you did, they'd be on Starburst wrappers.

I worry that half my family wouldn't show up because as much as I love them. They are not video gamers. Though if I were to include some kind of puzzle to be worked through in there, I think it could be fun.

That would be great for a groom that has second thoughts. All he would have to do is put 1000 levels in the game or make it extremely hard.

My college classmates who got married last fall had marriage invitations that featured a blue rose through the Triforce. On top of that, most of the music was composed by Nobuo Uematsu. XD

If I got married it would depend on the woman in question I am sure but if I had the option I have two ideas.

Idea 1: Send the invitation in scroll form attached to a Bride or Groom plushie ( Bride plushies for the Bride's family, Groom plushies for the my family... )

Idea 2: My FAVORITE IDEA! Take animation of Gendou Ikari sitting at his desk in his usual pose and have him say the details in a commanding way "You will be there for the wedding or all of mankind will be destroyed."

I made a joke about what I was going to write on my wedding invitations the other day to a friend.
It's inappropriate to write here, so I won't.

But they would be the most traditional white wedding invitations possible, with that really nice cursive font, saying something completely ridiculous.

As it stands, though, I'm not even thinking about serious wedding invites. Or wedding invites at all. I'm 19, d00ds.

No way in hell I'm getting married anytime soon.

It would depend on which wedding idea I could talk my future wife into

If she went for the Lord of the Rings themed wedding the invites would be on cheaply made rings with the invite imrpinted on it in elvish (english translation included)
or
The invite would be a loaf of Lembas bread and the invite would be on the "leaf"


If she went for the star wars wedding it would made to look like a holo from a droid unit


Im leaning towards the Lord of the Rings invites though I already planned the whole star wars wedding, lol

All I can say is WOW! Well your ideas are all very neat, and sound like lots of fun unless you are makeing the invites yourself they will cost lots of money. Not only to have made, but to send out.
