my godbrother is using pvc pipe for his barrels and having his friend carve him a handle

You couls try shaving styro foam & painting it, or making it of wood. I took a picture of a coslayer once because her sword was so awsome, I don't even know who she went as, but I asked her about the sword & she said it was a pain to carry because it was completely made from wood. I think a gun be ok depending on the size.

Hate to break the topic up, but what did their cosplay look like? I'm just curious because I've made a sword from wood before... xD

Ha ha, I don't know if I'll be all of them. Only real "for sures" are Ninetails, Sebastian, and Canada. The others may or may not be worn.
