Describe an Anime that you haven't watched yet using only what you've heard and/or the official trailer.

Example:

Sugar: A little snow Fairy

In a world that kinda of looks like Germany lurk elemental spirts that collect sparky things called Twinkies so they can control the world's weather with thier musical instruments. One such spirit is called Sugar. Who with friends, Mr Salt and Mrs. Pepper, must find enough of the sparky items, but they have no idea what they look like so they must get help from an average little girl, Saga, who can sense such things. But along the way Sugar gets addicted to waffles and late afternoon piano recitel jam parties and decides that she wants to live a Bohemian lifestyle. Then while this is going on a rich trendy girl at Saga's school decides that she is going to make a giant robot that she can control with her watch. Well long story short the robot goes hay-wire and only through the power of interpretive dance can Sugar and the rest of the elemental sprites stop it and a save the small town.
