Another question,

For the reference photo and progression photo can we take them with a digital camera and bring the camera with and show you them off of the camera instead of printing them out?

Never been to ACEN before, and I've got a question.

Which day is the hallway contest typically held? Friday or Saturday (or both)? :)

Sure! that would be fine as long as they can see them.
