Ok, so, I made a keyblade out of some regular cardboard and strong cardboard tube things I had laying around. Inside the tubes is a metal (copper) conduit thing.
The only way to get the metal out is to actually open up the keyblade.
Soo, the reason I made this thread is to ask if the metal would be classified as "live steel", even though it's blunt and inside some cardboard?

This is fine, as long as all of the metal is covered. The live steel rule applies to edges and points, blunt and sharp, none of which I see here.
