Acen Badges? when do they get mailed?

Still no badge :( Oddly, a girl who lives three blocks away from me got hers lol

If you haven't received your badge by now two things could have happened.

Mailing wasn't selected.
US postal system ate it.

It is most likely the 2nd, we lose 50-100 badges in their system every year -.-

At con there are 2 booths (4 stations) that are the help desks. Go there with your photo ID and they will reprint your badge for you on the fancy mailing plasticard badge. Unfortunately there is nothing ACen can do about the faults in the US postal system but we can do our best to make sure those who paid for mailing have no line wait time. The help desk is open during hours of operation of the reg hall which is posted on our site under hours of operation. If you arrive late Liberty board room in the Hyatt will hold will call and failed mailing badges when the reg hall is closed.

A photo ID is needed to receive any type of badge. (even our staff need one to get their staff badge!) This applies to those whom are 16 and over years old.

Question about this, after I go pick up my replacement, I'll have to turn it over to get an artist alley badge too? Or do I just skip that step under the circumstances??

Okay, I didn't get my badge either, and I just wanted to make sure....you said I'll just need to go to the help desk with my ID, nothing else right? Like do I need to print out the email receipt or anything? I won't be able to like...run home and pick up what I forgot (I'm coming from Philly), so I want to make sure there won't be any problems at the reg booth
o hay....my display name was supposed to be Bchan, but I put the chan part in Japanese characters....that didn't work, so now I look like a spam bot...but I'm not a spam bot....I SWEAR IT!!!

Yep, pick up your badge and head to the artist alley and you will trade out your badge for an artist alley one.

An ID is fine for the help desk, if you want to print out a confirmation that shows your payment for the badge that is great too!

Actually correction

You don't need to pick up a replacement. Just go to Artist Alley.

It's up to you if you want to bring your confirmation letter. It's your receipt and we only need it if your account shows as unpaid which rarely (if ever) happens.
