Nowadays, no one seems to enjoy snow anymore. Well guess what, if you don't like snow, then this thread isn't for you :-P

I love everything about snow except driving in it. Snowball fights, snowboarding, walking outside in blizzard like conditions.

Time for everything to dress up in their winter gear and get outside and just enjoy the simple pleasure of snow!!!

The closest I ever got to that was in Brian Head, Utah. It was a 60 degree day in March and there was still snow all over the place. It was so bizarre.

I was riding the South Shore line home last night, and the snow looked beautiful when there was a window between us.

As long as I don't have to drive in it, be around other drivers, or have to be at work. I do enjoy snow. I do prefer it to heatwaves, but not as much as I like Thunderstorms.

I actually like driving in it! The one thing I don't like is shoveling it. I have yet to make a Calvin and Hobbes inspired snowman. :heart:

Oh, it's pretty and all. It just gets old after three months of it.

And Linlindesu? Move to Montana. We've had snowstorms in June for two years in a row. True, it was gone by noon the next day, but there's nothing like getting ready for the first day of summer semester, looking out the door, and seeing an inch of snow.

Hell, if ACen was one week earlier last year, I would've had to miss it as we got two feet of snow in 24 hours, closing nearly every road in the state. And they don't close the roads much in Montana. NOT FUN. Then it melted and flooded everything.

I LOVE SNOW!!!

NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Everybody seems to be saying "I like snow, except for when...". Well not me, baby. There was a snow dune that built up in our yard this evening and I just had to jump in it, FACE FIRST! It felt freaking cold, especially with the wind chill, but it was so soft and fluffy. Everybody likes to complain about driving in it, about how cold and miserable it is, but you know what? Thats winter, and it happens every year! You'd think people would stop complaining about it as often as it happens in this country. Just deal with it. Winter is just another part of life.

I only wish it would snow this much before Christmas.

Snow is the one reason I love winter. That is, until the snow starts to interfere with me doing stuff and does everything in it's unholy power to destroy me. Otherwise, it's perfect. For some reason I really love to shovel it but I haven't been able to place my finger onto as why and most of the time I do it for free (I think I've only charged a total of 5 or 6 times).

Snow is great, but not here. A single snowflake means the entire city shuts down, there's massive accidents from people driving like madmen and just general delays everywhere.
