No con is like Reactor. Thats because Reactor wasn't really a con. It was a giant party masquerading as an anime con. I don't think anyone ever went to Reactor expecting to see an anime con.
Regardless, it'll be interesting to keep tabs on it. To see what they try to do to differentiate themselves when there are so many cons these days. What are they going to do to stand out and make people want to attend.
Whos running it just out of curiosity?

Yep Yep and I believe its stripper vash and the other guy. IDK his name. but September isnt too cold especially if you look at this year. September was pretty nice.

Hello!!
I'm actually one of the conchairs for Kollision Con!
To answer a few questions I see floating around here.
1: We are in no way affiliated with Reactor, I didn't want to start another Chicago area convention with both Reactor and ACen going on. To my knowledge, which may be wrong, Reactor (in any form) will not be returning.
2: StripperVash is in no way a Con Chair of this convention. Chris is the other Con Chair. Although StripperVash aka Zach is my best friend and will be helping out with events he is not a board member and all questions should be directed towards ConChair@kollisioncon.com
3: Kollision Con Registration is up! Kollision Con Registration. So please join us for Registration at ACen, we have a special rate right now!
This is a family fun convention. I've been to a wide range of Anime and Comic Book conventions a like. I've been to much more anime cons then comic book. Chris and I are trying to make a collision of the two. Hence the name, now for the first year it will most likely seem more anime, as that's what I know best. Chris and I are working hard to try and make the environment friendly for everyone. Friendly in away that attempts to avoid drama, misunderstandings or confused parents. People will talk the talk and spread miss leading information. Although to avoid this please direct their questions to Chris or I. Do not direct questions anywhere else or assume an answer. This is just to avoid any issues.
I love anime conventions, all conventions in fact. This is not to spite or disrupt any other conventions. Chris and I are just trying to spread the love, in a safe, fun environment that everyone can enjoy.

I know myself and my Guilty Gear Crew is planning on going to this for sure! Can't wait to see how awesome this turns out!
