Final schedule going to print!

The larger meetups will have two to three gatherings throughout the weekend. One will be half an hour, the other will be an hour. Hetalia and Soul Eater are the only exceptions as they have been recently licensed by Funimation.

2/28: Thank you to everyone who has cooperated and worked with me for this. Granted, it has been done earlier than before, but it's done! This schedule will now go to panels, production, main programming and all other departments so we can all start planning our con well ahead in advance! I'm going to go into each thread and make a post giving everyone their times and a link to this thread, which has all information.

2/24: If you have not gotten to me by then because this thread, schedule, pm boxes, and now specific threads have not been checked, then I'm sorry, but this is the time to go into the programming book. Private messages were sent out and I am going through the unconfirmed threads as a last call.

Are the ones that are non linkable still going to be a gathering? I'm just curious because I'd like to go to a few that dont have links which go to that thread.

I'll find places for them, but they don't have threads on here or cosplay.com. I'll more than likely use what times and places they were from the past 2 years if no threads pop up soon.

Hello, so will there be a Super Sentai/Toku-satsu photo shoot?

I know my friend and I are planning to be the lead characters from Kamen Rider W, and there's usually Sentai cosplayers.

um....as of right now 2 of my friends and I are planning on bringing our Fire Emblem cosplays. this will be the first time out in them and we are trying to get people to join us. But it still not clear if we are going to make it but i would like to get a time for a gathering if its possible.

I notice you put super sentai at 2:30pm on Saturday and it's good. I was wondering do I need to fill out that form?

Question! Even if the schedule says that a group is "confirmed," would we still be able to change the time? The Black Cat group has kinda been talking about 4:00 Saturday...>.>;;; If nobody has any objections to the time you have us scheduled for, I'm fine with it, I'm just wondering.

The vast of our Shaman King group really has a conflict with our time on saturday. Could we maybe have one of those free slots on sunday around 1 or 2? It would be greatly appreciated ^__^;

Can you move the Full metal alchemist photoshoot on friday instead of sunday before or after the yu-gi-oh photoshoot.

Hello this is the leader for the Naruto Photoshoots and the times you gave us are some okay. Fridays can stay 4:30 pm and Saturdays has to be change please because 4 pm is not working since I know some people including me are going to be in the Masqurade that night and we have to check in at 4:15pm. So, can change the time for Saturdays at 12 pm . If you received this message please reply back ASAP.
