yeah, the group this year had some good characters... we'll see If I make it next year, I have a surprise coming, Franky and a select few already know about it, that is if I can make it and afford to get it and afford ACEN and get time off for it next year... lol but I would love to do this one costume SOOOOO BAD

Hi guys! Just wanted to say you were all awesome, and I'm really happy we had a chance to see everyone's amazing costumes. My boyfriend and I were Sadi-chan and Crocodile - I don't think we'll be bringing back the same costumes next year, but we'll most likely be doing something OP related. Thanks for letting us take photos of/with you, and thanks to anyone who took ours! I'll probably be posting my photos from the Saturday shoot on my facebook, so feel free to add me there!

Keimi for sure! My boyfriend will be Time-Skip Sanji. He has the beard and mustache. lol He was supposed to do Time-Skip Sanji this year, but he didn't get to the con til about 8:00pm on Friday because of work. :'(

I'm tempted to do Alabasta Luffy or Strong World (suit version) Luffy on the Friday but we will see. I'll make up my mind by December hopefully. I guess it depends on if Luffy gets any new outfits in the manga

Or I might do another version of Luffy. (I was DrumIsland ver. this year)
I also kind of want to do the ver. of Luffy when they're in Enies Lobby. (black pants)
.. so I can shove meat into the pockets.

I wish some of my friends liked One Piece. I really want to do a group but
they're all into Hetalia and such.

@cactusmomma I looked at Ramencon a bit, it seems interesting. I might've gone but I don't have any transporation or funds.

I'm thinking about doing a full zoan/leopard version of Rob Lucci, if I can figure out how to construct it. I'll have to start on it soon, since I'm sure it will take a long time to build.

I know what you mean. I wish my friends liked One Peice too (they don't even cosplay), so I doubt I'll ever be able to do a group.
If you decide to go as the Enies Lobby version of Luffy, then our characters can battle each other. lol.

@Tashigi: That would be epic! I'm a huge prosthetics/theatre makeup junkie, so I'm looking forward to seeing that.

We're thinking of doing either all the Shichibukai, or (if we can gather a few more of our friends) all the Supernovas. I'm leaning towards the latter, because I personally would have a lot of fun stumbling around as Bonney all weekend, screaming at people and eating constantly.

Of course if our group bails on us again, who knows?

@sinfinity: Having all of the Supernovas, or even the Shichibukai together would be awesome! I'd really love to see a Bonney. I hope your group doesn't bail on you.

I probably wouldn't be using prosthetics for zoan/leopard Lucci, sice I am alleregic to some of them.
I was thinking instead of constructing something that would be similar to a partial fur suit. I'd like to make it so that it'd be easy to slide on and off, so I can change from a regular version of Lucci to the zoan/leopard version Lucci. Hopefully I can still make it look epic.

(I've got a good idea of how I want to construct the zoan/leopard cosplay, but I've never tried to make anything that complex before, so if anyone has any advice, I'd appreciate it).

I walked by the One Piece photoshoot on Saturday. I wish I could've stayed, but I had another priority. >_< That and seeing photos made me wish I cosplayed Law this year. So I decided I'm cosplaying from One Piece next year no matter what. Everyone can feel free to kick me if I don't.

Had an awesome time at the photoshoot with y'all! I was the Water 7 Nami with the super simple Clima Tact. ^^;; Hopefully if I'm not busy with other cosplay I will be redoing this one with a better Log Pose and an updated Clima Tact. Can't wait until next year!

SupremeKai- Well if you were at the saturday shoot my bf was the law that was there. (Plus he is Tsukune on the forums) Anywho I believe he said he pretty much carved out the nodachi from a long piece of wood. You could always pm him to ask how. I can prod him to come on and check his messages too. So yeah, making the nodachi can be done.

So for Youmacon I'm cosplaying Impel Down Luffy and Alabasta Luffy (part of PsychoNoble's group :'D), but I'm not 100% sure about who I'll bring to ACen yet :/

My options so far are ID Luffy, Alabasta Luffy, Strong World adventure Sanji, and 3D2Y Luffy, all of which are already finished so I'll just pick and choose when the time comes. I have to save some days for other series though.. WHY IS LIFE HARD ;3;
