Hi,
Last year I had trouble registering my daughter & getting the child rate online. I didn't realize that I needed to form a group & add her to the group to get the child price.
Is that still the case? I've formed a group, but I'm a little confused on how to add her to the group. How do I do that?
Once she's added & I pay for our group of two, will her discounted rate be automatically calculated in to the group price?
Thanks!

To register a child and get the appropriate discount:
Hope this helps.
- Create an account for yourself (the parent). Do not pay.
- Create a group for your family.
- Create one account for each other family member. Accounts should match one-to-one with badges which match one-to-one with people.
- As you create each account, have that account request to join the group you created earlier.
- From your own account, approve the requests to join the group.
- Once you're sure your group is complete, go ahead and pay. The discount will be applied to the group when you pay.
Hope this helps.

Okay ... it's not quite working.
I've formed a group, myself & my daughter.
I've opted to have the badges mailed to me.
As I figure it, the total cost should be $54 = $40/adult + $10/child + $4/two badge mailings.
When I select "Pay for Group", the total comes up as $59. I think I'm getting the "at con" kids's rate?
Help! (& thanks)

This should be fixed now. (We forgot to tell the system that ACen 2010 is in 2010, not in 2009. Whoops...) Thanks for your patience.
