All I know is... after seeing a skateboarding God with a shotgun fight Cthulhu, I'm sold. I can't wait to play this... Seeing as you can literally do anything, I see it being one of those games where you can just have fun screwing around, sort of like Half-Life 2, Okami, or Portal.
Anyone else anticipating this?

I read about that game on a magazine. Looks interesting enough...I'll probably get it.

I've read there's 10,000 words the game can recognize, which is, of course, over 9,000.

Having played some of the game, I can offer the following insight:
Pros--
**While some of the objects have the same sprite (for example, "game" and "shooting game" both resulting in the creation of something resembling a Game Boy) THERE ARE 10,000 WORDS in this game's dictionary, and as we all know, that's OVER 9000.
**Speaking of internet memes, the inclusion of "Rickroll", "lol wut", and "giant enemy crab", among other things, is incredibly awesome.
**Amazing free-form puzzle-solving. If you want a game which encourages freestyle gameplay, this is for you; the game even REWARDS you for being more and more creative.
Cons--
**Touch-screen differentiation between tapping an object and slightly moving it is sliiiiightly wonky, at least in my experience so far, and this really can make all the difference in the world at certain points. Then again, maybe it just takes some getting used to, I've only played around with the game for an hour. Rest assured, though, the controls and such are by no means bad, quite the opposite really. I'd give the controls alone an 8.5/10, if I had to rate them. Not perfect but the game makes more efficient use of the touch-screen than 98% of the junk for DS.

Did you ever get your hat? I know Gamestop employees (the cool ones, at least) will give out promo items with games if they got more items than the number of preorders for said game. You just have to get there early enough.

Hmm. Zombies can turn people (and cannibals for that matter) into zombies, but when it attacks a baby, the baby just dies and disappears. No zombie babies... and here I was wanting to recreate Dawn of the Dead 2004.
EDIT: God can kill zombies, easily. However, a vampire can turn god into a ghoul of some sort. This ghoul then runs around killing things. Get a zombie between you and the ghoul, and the zombie pwns it outright.
Vampire > God > zombie > ghoul-ified god

Have played and beat this game and its fun. I recommend buying it but not for 30 bucks, you might be better just waiting for a used copy of it or hunting it down on Amazon. But its amusing thats for sure. Look up the dictionary for the game too.

I don't know, I felt it was worth my $30, even though I had the rom on my card for a week before the game was actually released. I like condoning fun original IP's. The gaming world needs to hit another renaissance era like it did with the PS2 and take a vacation from the land of sequels and shovelware.

I'm one of the only people I know that's not that impressed with it. The novelty gets old and I go right back to SF4 and CoDWaW. As a matter of fact, I traded the game back in already and put the money toward Borderlands.

I heard that if you write down dingo and then put baby that the dingo will eat the baby. Which is just awesome. I'd like to test this game out just to see what words it didn't recognize. I would be up for hours. lol
