I know this has been answered already but I was wondering with registration about to open up. Is there a definitive word about the Charity Masquerade Ball, about whether or not it is going to happen. If not, is there something similar that is going to replace it?

For badge names, is it ok to have more than the first letter capitalized? Can I do something LiKe THiS ? Or will it be defaulted to normal type?

Are underscores allowed?

You can use caps, spaces, *s, _s etc. It prints as you typed it unless you use kanji text or something. Then it gets wonky.

You should be able to log-in and edit that. When you log-in on the left menu click on "Badge Info" and toward the bottom should be the badge name field. If you have an issues doing this though PM me or shoot us an e-mail.

Yes, you're correct. Badges are mailed to the Attendee address listed in "Attendee Info."

Is it possible to have the line in registration when it asks for the CSC code to be more like CSC/CVV code? I know in my personal and professional life, I see it referred to as CVV/CVV2/CID moreso than CSC. I had to go look it up because I wasn't sure what CSC was supposed to be for.

Also, how about including a dummy card picture circling where one should expect to find this number.

This would have been my first anime convention, all together, but unfortunately some stuff didn't work out, and I will probably end up not going, since it is just near November, and May is so far away, there's no way possible to receive a refund for the badge I haven't received, yet?

I'd really like to go, but I'm far south, east coast, and the person I was going to go with, well.. Didn't work out so great ^^; Wouldn't be a bright idea for a girl to travel alone, and partner-less, right?

Guess that's what I get, though, I mean, maybe it's not so much of a loss, but if I can get the money back, that would be great, if not, lesson learned, I suppose. u_u;

Have the badges been made, yet? I'm just curious, I know if one exception is made for one person, everyone would want refunds, although, I'm pretty sure everyone still has a way to get to the convention, and such.. Bleh, just disappointment, I guess, thanks anyways~

According to this post by Bloo09, the badges were still being designed. My guess, they have not been made yet.

Badges are made before January but assembled in January and on. I'm talking to this person via email now Thank you guys for answering but please leave these sorts of questions to our lovely Registration communications staff Moogle and Songstress. When it comes to our policies our staff should be answering to make sure answers are 100% correct. Even if it's listed somewhere we do have behind the scenes rules to our rules that only staff know.

MAILING! Has been pushed forward to February instead of January to be more realistic to our timeline. This is still earlier than we mailed out last year or any previous year. This is just a note and will be posted in a more official format soon.

Hi there, something has been concerning my girlfriend and I.

We registered and paid at Reactor this year at the ACen booth and said we would receive a confirmation e-mail, but we haven't received anything of the like yet. We put both of our separate cell phone numbers down as well as each of our separate personal e-mails.

Any details on the status of Reactor registrants? It was inexpensive there, I believe $35 and we did not want to miss that opportunity so, we're really hoping our registration or payment didn't get lost or anything.

We do have Reactor and Youmacon road show forms that still need to be entered. We will be entering these forms in the near future. Also, these forms will be entered before badge mailing begins in February. So there will be plenty of time for those who didn't pay the mailing fee and are waiting to pay for it on these and get them taken care before the April 1st mailing cut-off date.

AND something that we've never had happen before.. folks wanted to stand in line (will call) but still get the special mailing badge. You can do this, you still need to purchase the 2 dollar badge option (it helps pay for the special mailing badge) and we will make a special handling note to have your badge at will call

People who received comp badges cannot upgrade their badges.

Contest winners get a full weekend badge, not a comp badge and receive free mailing.
