[Demon Slayer]

Last year's Eva group seemed to have a fairly decent turn out (from what I saw, I was right across the way) so I was wondering how many people are thinking of/will be bringing an Eva cosplay to ACen '10?

I'll be there as Ritsuko, and I may have convinced my friend to come as Rei, and if my cousin is coming he'll be there as Shinji again, so hopefully all goes to plan.

PS: The new Eva movie comes out in late September, I believe. =D

Right now I'm deciding between 2 different cosplays, one of them being Asuka in her plugsuit.

On a side note I bought the material for Ritsuko, hopefully the shirt will be done very soon.

And Mary that is the theatrical running, the DVD should be out in November I believe. Totally preordering it because SOME companies chose NOT to show it in the THIRD BIGGEST city in AMERICA. *Glares at FUNi Films*

I will be deciding my cosplay by the end of the month. I'm mostly leaning towards Asuka now, but we shall see.

I do own a labcoat and could easily do Ritsuko...but I am BOOKED solid already for Acen 2010....plus I might be getting a table at the artist alley and if so I would never be able to really show of my cosplay.

But I would love to attend the photoshoot and get some decent pics. Eva <3!

I'm all for it, but I've been iffy about going next year. We'll see about it, but if I do, count me in as Gendo again!

I was totally going to go to this for Acen 2009, but I was--ahem--"under the weather" on the day it was supposed to happen. I was pretty bummed that I couldn't go. So, if I decide to don my Asuka costume again next year, I will definitely try harder to make it this time!!!!

Good news! My Ritsuko outfit is 99% complete! I'm just waiting on my wig to arrive and I just have a few little things to do here and there (Like get a belt for the skirt, and get some opaque-er tights) but otherwise the whole thing is finally done! Can't wait to see everyone else, yaaaay.

Awesome! I'm hand sewing my costume... I got the skirt done though! Now I need to worry about the top and buy a wig.

Hey everyone. I got a PM about the tentative photoshoot list. We have been slated for 5 PM on Saturday. I wanted to know if this time is AOK with everyone else, I think it would be a fine time for me, and I don't think there would be any conflicts with this with anyone. I replied that it'd be an OK time, since I don't think there will be any issues, but if there ARE difficulties or objections PLEASE LET ME KNOW so I can let cactusmomma know FOR SHORE! 8D
