Hello ACEN Convention Attendees:

A notice for those you you hoping to attend the Charity Masquerade Ball. The location of the ball has been changed to the Signature Ballroom in the Double Tree. In the program book that you will receive at convention, it says that it will be in the Embassy Suites but that is an error.

Again, the Charity Masquerade Ball will be held in the Signature Ballroom at the Double Tree.

I hope this causes no one any complications. I look forward to seeing you all at Convention!

While that is a nice idea, and one we have done in the past, it most likely won't happen this year, but we may put out a sign or notice letting people know. The cost of printing up those little pieces of paper to put in the book has to come from somewhere and we are trying very hard to keep cost low for our dear attendees like yourself Hopefully this won't cause too much issue and we will do our best to let those at con that are not on the forums much know about it as well.

Also, it is important to notice that this is for the Charity Masquerade Ball and NOT the Masquerade that has the skits and competition. They are both wonderful events but very different.
