It's 4 days to ACen. My badge still has not come in the mail. At this point I'm just assuming that I'm screwed. I'm not gonna get it before ACen. But could someone please tell me what to do? Can I pick it up at the con? Is it going to be a hassle? Will I have to stand in a line? And is there a way to get my $1.50 refunded?

There will be a line just for this exact issue. It should be a short line. It should not be a hassle.
I am not reg staff, so this is not a definitive answer, but I believe that you can get you $1.50 refunded.
