Hey guys I don't know if this will be the right place or not, but who is taking the train to union station for ACEN? I am going up through the Illiini and saluki express (train from carbondale up to chicago, i believe it stops in bloomington, centralia, and tons of other southern and midwestern IL cities) I just thought it would be cool if some of us could meet on the train and talk about ACEN. Anyways see you all there.

There's already a thread talking about this. They're meeting at 12:30 on Thursday at Union Station in the McDonalds and then taking the Blue Line El to Rosemont.

I know about that one, I am talking about meeting on the actual trains that end up on union station (i.e. the one from carbondale, st. louis, or wherever) and sitting and talking on the train . I hope its not too similar :S. And yes I am leaving on that train on thursday morning. What city are you leaving from?

What day are you going up?

I may be going thursday evening, and it'd be really nice to meet someone at the station so I wouldn't have to travel to the con alone.

I'm coming from the other train, the illinois zephyr from quincy, so we wouldn't be together on the train, sadly.

Oh no way. That is awesome we all should definatly meet up at the con. Unfortunatly, I am taking the illinois zepher in the evening instead of the morning (my final got moved to thurs morning )

However, ShiningKiki, I will be on the same train as you so YAY! lol. It will be me and a buddy riding together, so you can set near us on the train and then maybe we can all ride the blue line together. WOOT ACEN TRAIN

I'm leaving later in the day on Thursday from the NW Suburbs.
