Don't worry about controls, they're almost practical the same. The only thing you have to get use to is the switching of trigger buttons, that's about it.
I'll be finalising rules by tomorrow or so.

I overcame the ACen rapture in '11.
I survived the ACen fire in '10.
I dodged the H1N1 outbreak in '09.

As you stated, the split-screen multiplayer on CoD4 has premade stock classes with perks, but no "create your own class". To be at far, I want to turn off the perks since I know 3 out of those stock classes are overkill. But you do have a good point leaving perks on since some of the classes might be left out with a grenade or a pistol. I'll let you guys know soon after I get a few rounds on CoD4.

Before the end of the week, or even tomorrow. I'm restricting the whole tournament by the maps I deemed only to be played on. A side note, no DL'ed maps are going to be played on during the tournament.

Exactly. I do hope we can get more tv's and consoles for this game next year because it feels alot better with separate screens. The only down fall with LAN battles is no splitscreen for team battles.

Of course there will be. There will be a 5 minute intervals between matches, thus allowing those who need to adjust their controller settings.

The guy we talked to at the sign-up table said unless they got more copies of the game it probably wouldn't happen so we figured that was a no.
