Chest...accentuating The opposite of binding?

Basically my friend is going to cosplay as Fujiko from Lupin III this year. As you may know, Fujiko is pretty well endowed (ignoring the fact that she is a cartoon). My friend was just wondering if there was any way to give the illusion of being more well-endowed than you actually are, without resorting to buying a Wonderbra or a push-up bra or packaging tape and ties (as I saw used in a fashion magazine to give a man better cleavage than I have...).
Awkward, I know, but thanks in advance for any help.

-Cups
-Corset*
*Corsets are meant to slim the waist. However, if they're the correct size, the corset will go right under the bust and can lift them to be more perky. Also, when the waist looks slimmer, the breasts look larger by comparison.

Corset is definitely a good idea, but you're still looking to drop around 80 bucks. You may as well give in and get a push-up. Nice VS ones go for around 40 bucks. They are good quality and will last you a long time. Nothing wrong with giving the girls a little lift ;D
Luka Megurine (Sandplay) of Vocaloid
