An old saying was that 100 cups of green tea cures most sicknesses (i dunno...that much water might kill you with loss of brain ions and all...). Mind you, these were the smaller cups used in old Japan...so I figured that 1000 cups should cause some form of enlightenment...that or insanity...

You need to die a tragic death, and want revenge on those who killed you. And then you can lose your soul and become a Dark-Hunter, which might be the closets you come to being a Deity.

Either that or you need to find the Faiey, and see if you are one and then you might be a long lost Deity but just forgot it.

well back in the old days (2003 - 2006) I became the dark god of war, fire, death ... and kittens because of my crazy rants and love of catgirls (also I was number 8 for all time posters back then before the reset). I was loved, feared, people looked at me with confusion and unease. My minions carried swords of fire and I received gifts of women and pocky. I ruled with a crazy iron drunken fist that all but a few feared. *sighs and looks blankly up into the sky* ... Ahhhh to be a god ... but alas with time your will to be a god fades you realize that being worshiped can only be fun for so long ... you become bored and hateful randomly killing off your minions for no reason except they have aged to your disliking, and the young kids ... gahhh the young kids they don't know anything with their razamadas and thingydos ... you don't even want them worshiping you and with time you become a lost god that some crazy butt annoying cult tries to summon IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FREAKING NIGHT!?!?! I haven't slept for 5000 years I lay down and take a nap and what do you know SOME FREAKING IDIOTS THINK THEY CAN SUMMON ME AND I WILL GRANT THEM MY POWERDANG YOU FREAKING LITTLE CHEESE BRAIN FREAKS LET ME SLEEP. so why would you want to be a deity ... I mean it seems like fun and it is at first ... but with time it just becomes a headache and your better off dead.
