ok so I took some pics..but the flash made it hard to see..hopefully the one I upload is good enough

it bent a little cause of how it was in the mail..so i put the iron over it..hoping the pressure will flatten it


i think the outline is supposed to go over the image..but i can't get it to..look proper

if any of the staff knows..lemme know ..

You'll have to readjust the paper part of the badge to line up with the outline.

OK yeah i didn't realize there was 2 pieces inside..i took both out..aligned it and then put it back in..outlines perfect

You mean in the picture? I think it's because the paper and outer badge weren't aligned yet. :3 From what I see, properly aligned, the artwork is reeeeeally cool.

I kind of like how the outline is printed on the plastic cover and kind of goes with the paper. I liked last years how it was gloss-like or whatever.

Yay! I got mine too! One of them doesn't fit as nicely into the outline though...

yeah u just have to take both the outline and the picture out..align it then put it back into the holster...that's how i did it..if u do it just the picture...won't align right.

Isn't it, "Put up or shut up"? lol Hey, if the badge has my name on it and doesn't have drawn stick figures, I'm fine with it. I liked the idea of the outline, something new all the time and maybe it's not the greatest but like I said, it's got my name on it and I can walk wherever I want now. Beats standing in line.

Grats to everyone who got their badges! Printing was slightly off since it was printing 5000 and some are bound to slip so luckily the new badge holders are larger and you can shift around your badge to line up. I tested it by wearing it for a day before we sent it out and only had to readjust it by a LITTLE about 2 times all day.

You may NOT alter your badges, you must have BOTH pieces for it to be a valid badge.

If you want to white out your badge name to change it you may but do not alter your bar code, badge number, or real name.

Enjoy and DON'T lose your badge!


ps: yes you get lanyards at the convention in the reg section before the floor of questions begins

about not altering the badge, does it count as altering if you tape the outline in place with the badge? because the outline was a bit off on mine D:

I dont see why not. As long as we can see your badge and its not interfering with it your personal info.

Reg says no you cannot draw on your badge sorry guys/gals (you can draw a heart or whatever around your badge name on the label.)

and yes you can tape it but do not glue it.

I like the design for the badge, but it'd be cooler if it was glossy like last years.
