Yeah. You sign-up at ACen in person.

We'll have sign-up sheets available in the game room. I will have to ask that in addition to your name, you provide your home state (for seeding purposes in the brackets) or just let us know if you have a friend in the bracket you wouldn't like to play for obvious reasons.

So is halo 1v1 or? also DoA is it Tag or 1v1, Same with L4D, SSBM, SSBB, Guitar hero, and rockband. Just wondering if those r like groups or 1v1 or what.

If you take a moment to read the other threads, you'd find answers to a handful of your questions.

SSBB/SSBM can be found in the Smash Brothers Thread. Rock Band 2 can be found in the Battle of the Rock Band thread. Check the fighter thread for the other fighters.

We still would like someone to step up and run it (Pokemon).

Until we have someone running it everything else about the tournament is TBD.

We're still on that status? I sent an email out too someone saying that I could provide a PBR setup (minus the tv) and would even be willing to help run it. But Ive yet to receive any kind of response or get any further info since then. That was almost a full month ago.

Any rules on the halo tourney yet. Thats the most important thing to me. Guns, Maps, 1v1,2v2 etc.

I'm hearing some bad news about Sugoi! Arcana Heart 2 being really buggy, don't quote me on that though. May want to have Arcana Heart 1 handy in case that's true.

You're gonna hear a lot of complaints from people who are extremely whiny and picky. It's seriously not THAT bad. I'd rather drop AH altogether than go back to AH1. I've been playing all week and have had no serious issues. People are just being babies about it because they're spoiled by "arcade perfect" ports, is all. Over on SRk, even someone who plays pretty much exclusively said that the PS2 port matches the arcade version's speed pretty closely, which is better than the AHF port, IIRC.


And here's a video, capped from the PS2 version. There's some slowdown, but nothing that is outright affecting game play in a negative fashion. It seems like everyone is hearing complaints and then regurgitating them. If people actually sat down and PLAYED it extensively, they'd see it's playable.

I'd much rather take your word over the people I've heard that from, thank you (I recently realized those people tend to think anything that isn't GG sucks). I guess I'm going to look into picking it up then after all.

Ew. I hate that attitude. GG is an awesome series, but it's not the alpha and omega like some people feel it is. It's kinda sad, really. S!AH2 is worth picking up, despite the problems. It's just an awesome game all around.

Quick question: What platform will COD 5 be on? I am a Wii player, and I am pretty good on that platform (level 58, no prestige).

EDIT: Also, will there be a Pop'n Music tournament? I love that game. I can only play on Hyper (up to about 28), but I still want to try my hand at it.

We may very well be changing the WaW tourny to CoD4. There are various reasons for this, and we are still undecided on which will actually take place. Either way, the tournament will take place on whichever console has the most copies of the game present.

CoD4 has officially replaced CoD:WaW. I'll try and get the guy that ran it last year to come post some rules.
