...confirmations... Payment and other...

Confirmation emails have been sent out for people who have paid for their table(s)etc.., and I have received those payments. Some have not gone through yet, they should soon. Unless I have to sign for them, than I will never receive payment and you will never get a table. (I try and check mail at least once every 1.7 weeks)
I have also sent out an email welcoming people into the Artist Alley / Art Show, who "have" a spot as of right now. If table, etc..., payment is not received/post marked by the date provided in the Welcome letter that was sent to you, your table will be void and your payment will not be accepted. If you have extenuating circumstances you must email me to have a chance at an extension.
In addition, you agreed to the rules. If you did not read them before and your form was good, you should read them before Convention time. It would be very displeasing to you and me if violations occur, especially if IRT has to escort you out of the Hall.
---People on the Waiting List---
Waiting List emails have also been sent out.
As a reminder since you agreed to the rules when you signed up, if any information on the Form or what you plan to sell violates the rules you will never get into the Alley. You will forever be stagnant on the Wait List. This applies to everyone on the waiting list.
---People who have heard nothing from me---
Send me an email so I can get in contact with you. If you wait to long, you will not have a chance at an AA/AS spot.

Track down that e-mail.
I had 2 pdfs in my e-mail. One of them had the Payment form which needed to be completed & submitted and the other one was a copy of the rules of which you needed to print off the last page & sign.

Oh, I did not know that the art show rules pdf = the art show AND AA rules, so I didn't even look at it. Good that I read this thread *whew*
I already mailed the payment form, is it ok that I mail the rule signature page seperatly?
Thanks.

If you absolutely want to you can. There is actually 2 things that you sign that basically say the same thing, just in different locations. One was the rules sheet and the other was on the payment forms. I did ask for both but if you forgot about the rules sheet you do not need to send in a separate envelope, just bring it with you to con.

That's great! Thankyou very much!
Instead of mailing it, I will have it signed and bring it to the con with me then.
Thankyou. =)

I in fact have just returned from the office. I have received a lot of payments, which is a wonderful sign. I should be able to send out confirmations of payment received shortly this up coming week. I would type more tonight but I am starting to get a migraine, computer screen is painful.

Everything should be cashed if you sent a check and got a confirmation. If you canceled your check/money order that we are trying to cash please contact me asap.
If you sent CC info that will take a bit longer, without going into detail, it is a very involved and tedious process.
Most people have received confirmations that sent paperwork and payments.

Question - will people be receiving personalized confirmations? Like an email that says "yay, you're in the Alley, this is what we have written down for you"? I know you've been really really busy getting all these together, and I appreciate the work.
I had sent in my money around january 23, and I was worried if it got lost in the mail or such, was all....

To be honest I do not personalize the confirmations. With the shear volume of emails just creating the forms and behind the scene duties to get things created and approved I would be bald and twitching from stress if I customized the confirmations. Since ACen has the largest Artist Alley hands down I send out a pretty standard confirmation. You can probably imagine why I don't want to copy it onto the forums. Rest assured that if you sent in the paperwork forms that were given to you, that is what we have on file for you. If you are willing to PM me or EMAIL me for further info regarding your payment received or forms please do.

Excellent! Thank you so much for the reply! I totally understand, judging from how huge it was last year, it'll be just as big this year. The main reason I was worried about the confirmation was because sometimes the Postal Service can mess things up, or things get lost.
Thanks so much for all the effort and work you've been putting in! This year should be awesome.
