Sure, he may not sound as beautiful as god's voice might, but could it be you're just sore he only has to talk for a living? There have been worse voice actors to grace the halls of ACEN, and we all know it. Don't be such a hater.
And, if you don't like the musical talent, it's ok. Just lay off the over-hating. Besides, everyone's favorite music crashers the Spoony Bards are sure to make an appearance, so cheer up!

Heck...I couldn't name a single American band either. LoL! I haven't bought or listened to a single American band since I bought my first two Japanese CDs in April 2002. BTW, they were TERRA2001 by the brilliant green and Deep Forest by DAI. Seriously, does it really matter who the second and third act are? I didn't complain about Peelander although I cannot stand them because I have seen them way too much, and know their set well.
The announcement for the main act will come soon, and it will be Japanese, but it isn't going to please everyone, so please just lighten up, and enjoy whoever it is.

Well...I'm happy to see whoever gets the honor of performing at Acen!
If you don't like them, well then that gives you more free time to do other things.
It's not as simple to just fly a jrock band out here just for an anime con...
Anyways, I feel a sense of urgency now in finishing my cosplay...nothing like guest announcements to realize how fast it's coming up!

None of the musical acts/guests ever please everyone. Everyone have such different tastes. But what I think is important is getting someone unique that people who have not heard them may enjoy, or an act that will please a different crowd than some of the other guests. That is how I try to look at it.
