i have a ? i wonder if you could help me with. how long after sending in a mail in payment does it take to get it approved like to where when you look at your badge info it says paid cause i've been waiting about a week and a half now and it still says unpaid.

From what I've personally experienced it takes a few weeks to get confirmed, so don't worry about not being confirmed right now. :3 If you're not confirmed after 3-4 weeks, maybe then you should contact the staff.

I have a problem. I managed to get my money order in before the first tier ended for registration. The problem is that my information STILL says that it's unpaid and that I owe 46.50. I emailed someone about this a month after I registered and they told me that everyone was behind, and that if it were post marked, I have nothing to worry about. I have no idea what to do, and I am worried because I don't want to pay for something that I already paid for... Please email me back an answer to my problem. Any ideas yet as to when badges will be mailed out? Last I heard it was aimed for January/February but I want to double check so I can alert my mother back home to look out for it. I'd hate for it to get lost or something

They haven't gone out yet because there's been a few road bumps, Bloo09 said in another thread that she hopes to start mailing them in a few weeks. So unless there's another road bump it should be soon. So don't worry, it's not lost.

No problem, and you're not the first to ask. Keep watching the forums, a ton of the reg staff plan on being there to send out the badges, so we'll know when the waves go out.

There isn't an official information thread, Bloo09 in another thread there'd be an announcment. Here's some more information that was posted in a different thread.

Last year we sent every ones mail at once and wound up with an office FULL of boxes of envelopes and spent 27 hours straight assembling them all. So we are preventing that by doing waves this year.

Please remember ONLY badges that bounce back to us in the mail are re mailed. If you lose your badge you need to go to the registration assistance booth at the convention to receive a replacement. This booth is not attached to the main line maze, there should be little to no line for this (the most it was last year was 10 people at once usually just asking simple questions).
