So I've seen other people sporting TRC or xxxHolic cosplays in their sigs so.... WE NEED A GATHERING!

Actually: I was thinking it might be best to have two... one more for TRC and one more for xxxHolic for those of us who have one for each....
Thoughts?

I really do think that just about any CLAMP characters should be allowed to join us... plus Kamui & Ashura have some sort of role in TRC so we could just go with that... xD

One of these days I'll get good enough to do a Sakura costume. Either one of hers from TRC or better yet one of her pretty costumes from Cardcaptor Sakura! But sadly not this year. Maybe next year...hopefully!

i did a cosplay last year of fai and my friend went as sakura...i'm a little disappointed in the anime genre right now so if i cosplay it will be as an older character like spike (cowboy bebop) or something along those lines...who knows though maybe i will change my mind......

Question for the Ame-Warashi(s?): Are you guys doing the light blue hair color from the manga or the red they used in the anime? (I was really confused by it...)

I'm thinking bout doing one of Yuuko's outfits, but Im not sure yet. I wouldnt mind painting on the designs for the outfit, but I'd probably drown in all the fabric that it requires, and Im sure my wallet would be screaming.

There is a small possiblity I will be making a Tomoyo or Kurogane outfit for Acen, I havent decided which character, and Im fairly new to the series too, just started watching it.

EDIT: Sadly, I dunno where or when to suggest meetups. We could just meet in front of the Hyatt and make it easy on ourselves. Still, I have only one other shoot, so I'm good for whenever~

Hmm... well I'll have more commitments but the only thing of mine that has actually been scheduled already is the Bleach shoots... so... that's my only commitment. Personally, Saturday is best for me though Friday would be decent as well.

I agree with the Saturday since some people might not be coming in till then because of how early in May the con is this year. Me, I'll be there early Friday. Which Bleach shoot are you attending?

EDIT: Never mind, Jam, I found the Bleach shoot. :3 Somehow it's been narrowed down to just one big group.

I'll be there all weekend, but whenever you guys pick I'll do my best to come and take a billion pictures!

If I miraculously get a job and get lots of money I might try Sakura's TRC costume, but it's not super likely. But ya never know, miracles can happen!

Sweet Sunshine, it depends on what color of wig i will be wearing if it's light blue, it will be the outfit of your icon, but if it's red, it will be her basic outfit in the anime.. actually i'm thinking about red b/c i really really liked her voice actor~

i don't think i have enough reasons to throw my opinion about the photoshoot since i'm really unlikely attending the shoot

And so far my only scheduled commitment is the Bleach shoots which are on Friday & Saturday at 1PM. I was hoping to do 2 shoots for this if we get enough people but for now I guess we can schedule just one. My other commitments will be the Guilty Gear shoot, Guilty Gear tourney, and [hopefully?] Acen Idol... I realized that since I'm doing 2 outfits that would work for this I'll only be in shoots for 2 other series... >> [Touhou is far too obscure...]

Sunday is pretty much near impossible for me since my group tends to leave pretty early Sunday morning each year and I have a choir concert that night anyway so I have to try to get back into normal mode again... xD

Friday is slightly possible but we should use that only if we get more people for a second shoot... for now Saturday seems best.
So do we want an afternoon shoot or a night shoot... or maybe even morning if people are up for getting up?
Normally, I'd suggest noon, but that's cutting it too close to the Bleach shoot for me... last time I had to change costumes and genders in the bathroom cuz of tight scheduling so... >>

Oh yaaaay. We'll look so cool together in our little opposite outfit. Well, don't feel any kind of pressure from me for your outfit, since I'll be in the rose dress from the manga insert, so we won't be in the same outfit regardless of what wig you choose. :3

@Jam-I post a vote for an afternoon shoot. I'm kind of hoping to have a shoot near a fountain (where a fountain is, I have no idea XD) but if a night shoot becomes all we can get, that's cool too~ Also, I might be coming to that Bleach shoot with you, Jam, since Byakuya-kun dropped their group. D:

That sounds fun! I know the location of the Bleach shoot since it's one we used last year. We should meet up and head over there together.

Anyway, afternoon is good. I don't want it to be too soon after the Bleach shoot so... 2 or 3-ish?
As for location: I don't really know where much is besides the loading docks and some of the patches... I don't believe there's a fountain... I think there used to be...

I was thinking it'd be fun to keep a roster of our people. Not only fun, but also useful in knowing how much space we might need... so say something if you're up for a shoot for sure.

My main thoughts for time: Saturday afternoon at some point? I might put up a poll with the best ideas and pick whatever seems to be the most popular...

Yeeeeah, throw up that roster! Then we'll know what roles we have covered and maybe we can work out our shoot ahead of time! Also, I like Saturday afternoon, although we both know that we'll have to change costumes (and for you, genders XD) after the Bleach shoot, so maybe like 3 pm or so? I'm just throwing out a time, you can set up the poll too~

I definitely plan to come take pics. Sadly my Clamp cosplays got pushed aside for this year. Which is just as well since I couldn't decide between Sakura, Fai, or Yuuko. I'm thinking of doing Sakura's Tsubasa: Tokyo Revelations outfit for 2010, but I'll have to download & watch a few more episodes.
