I have a small group planning to do a Hellsing cosplaly and was wondering if anyone else was?

Photoshoot? Absolutly!!! We have to start acting fast though because the meeting places are starting to be taken up.

I'm doing my Integra cosplay saturday so what time on saturday would work for you guys-if any? I'm flexable.

I was thinking of doing seras for a little bit, but hopefully I can do that in a future con since i already have others im thinking of for this year.

I'll be bringing back my Jan Valentine costume, and my friend might possibly be coming as Luke. Also, Im certain my sister will be there as young Integra and if any of my other friends bring back their Hellsing costumes there will possibly be a Alucard, Alexander and Seras.

This is so exciting! I'm glad there are other people other than my group!

But does anyone have a time/place to suggest for a photoshoot?

Even thought I wasnt able to make it to the shoot this past acen (thanks a lot sis), I did think the dome was a pretty good spot for the shoot. Either in the upstairs area where it is more open would be great for "fight scenes" or down on the bottom floor where it is a bit darker and has some furniture would be good for "relaxed" poses or the creepy dungeon stuff.

That's great. This is only my second Acen so I'm not sure about this whole planning thing thats why I'm trying to get suggestions for spots and times and stuff...^^;

i am working on a Mad Major costume, that should be fun. yes, i am gonna dress up as a nazi, not the white one. i don't think i could pull off the white uniform, and the SS Major uniform is easier to find parts for

as for time, any time is good for me, but someone has to figure out how to request a time because i couldn't figure it out.

How does Saturday at 10 am the dome sound to ya'll? ^^

The dome is good for photoshoots but when we were there (upstairs) last year we were asked to relocate because we presented a fire hazard. We ended up outside. I'm not sure what's up for this year but I thought that should be taken into consideration.

Thats an interesting development ^^ I just saw that someone had requested the dome so I went with it.

Like I said, I'm not very familiar with everything having only been there once-is there somewhere else everyone wants to meet? My group doesn't really care either way-I'll just tell them to show up, lol >^.^<

Does the time sound good though?

Time sounds good. I like the idea of doing the photoshoot downstairs at the dome. That area has a lot of potential. I don't wanna do it outside again unless it's dark out. For obvious reasons.

We could meet somewhere in the hotel, but the actually photoshoot should be outside. There was so many cosplayers and photographers at last year's Hellsing photoshoot that we got asked to go outside since we were blocking off a some rooms.

Kahad, do you know somewhere where we wouldn't be in the way? We obviously don't want to cause any problems!

Though I still like the idea of the dome if we can work it out.

I was going to cosplay as Hellhound from Hellsing but it would take too long and with two jobs I dont have the time! : ( -sigh-

Okay guys, how about meeting in front of the hotel at 10am Saturday and finding a place that will fit us?

If that time works for everyone into Hellsing (10am Saturday, just to be clear) then I'll check the gatherings post to see what is still avaliable. Then I'll post the list, and people can say what they prefer. I'll wait until, say, the 5th of February to make sure the times good.

So if 10am Saturday is no good, let me know before the 5th and we'll work from there. Otherwise, I'll start checking locations.
