I have submitted everything to be posted on the website using the procedure they wished...

Two weeks ago.

I have begun working on a contingency plan with Jon.

I want to start getting everyone pre-regged.

I want everyone to see the changes to the rules Jon and I have done.

I want to see if the online registration actually works.

But I can't...

Well, in the main part of the rules, only did a few shifts, mostly grammatical fixes.

In the pre-reg guidelines, added a few key points:
-All skits must be pre-registered. No 'at-con' registration for skits.
-Iron fisted on the 'doors closed' policy for this year.
-Handling of Yaoi/Yuri in skits for this year will be different.

In the craftsmanship section(largest add-on):
-A 'group' category created, though limited to only 10 total entries of up to four people per group.
-Due to the new category, the other categories were slimmed back a little to make up for time.

Unfortunately, no, you will have to choose only one category to be in.

And you indirectly brought up the drawback of the 'group' category. All groups will be equal, which means that a group of masters could easily be going up against groups of novice/intermediates.

If we have 2 people and marked one as exhibition can we still compete as novice?
Here's a few other questions- Even if a group doesn't win "best group" or what not, they can still win other kinds of awards like "judges choice" "best prop" "best skit" and other stuff like that, correct?

You have either 'group' or individual entries into craftsmanship.

Judge's Cboice and Best Skit are related to the performance or 'stage' side of the Masquerade, not the craftsmanship section. Otherwise, if the craftsmanship judges decide that something in your group is worth a merit award, you will be in the running for it.

Umm...

I will try to put a bit more pressure on the website people... but, there is only so much I can do.

Now, go have fun with what I posted, try not to get into trouble, and... not sure what a good 3rd option would be.... ummm... stay away from rubber chickens?
