Who else is cosplaying from a Gundam series this year?

I'm planning on cosplaying as Haman Karn (Zeta Gundam) for either Friday or Saturday, and I should have a Quattro with me.

Also, are any Gundam cosplayers interested in a gathering/photoshoot? At past ACens I've definitely seen Wing and Seed cosplayers running around, and expect to see some 00 cosplay this year since it seems to be pretty popular. Though I'd be thrilled to see some more Universal Century this year, too.

Well, I know our group will have a hand full of 00 (Setsuna, Lockon, Tieria, Allelujah, Sumeragi, and Lasse) and G Gundam (Domon, George, Marie Louise, Allenby, Master Asia, and Raine) cosplayers. Last year, we wore our Gundam costumes to the AU Gundam panel (we were all G Gundam last year) and we'd like to do the same this year. So if the photoshoot could be around then, I think we'd all like to be part of a massive Gundam group.

Sounds good to me! I suppose if we get a few more cosplayers interested in a shoot, we could decide on a time?

But two huge groups for different Gundam series is great! I think I missed your G Gundam group from last year though...I honestly don't remember it. I was Relena from Wing for the GWing shoot last year.

I didn't go to the GW shoot last year. :/ But here was us.

Heero Yuy (Kind of... Last choice of the 4, for sure)

I also hope to have Graham Aker (Union Uniform) of Gundam 00 before Acen as well.

So guys, we have 2 days to come up with a time and place for a gathering...

Any ideas? It matters not to me, just as long as it isn't during the Gundam Experience or the panel I'm on, for obvious reasons on both counts.

Would be a shame not to have one, so if anybody has what they think is a good plan for it, I say we hurry up and submit it.

Since I think many of us might want to see the Gundam Experience panels at least (I know I want to see both!), maybe we could have one or two shoots after both of the panels?

Otherwise, I'd prefer Friday or Saturday afternoon. I'm doing Gundam cosplay on both of those days.

Well, I'm working with the panels DH to make sure nothing will be scheduled during gatherings/panels. So pick a time today and I'll go prod the other side.

Well, if panels are going to be scheduled around shoots, then I'm going to say that perhaps Friday and Saturday at 3 PM in the Garden Area for the Gundam shoot? Friday could be Universal Century and Saturday could be Alternate Universe? Really, we just want to have the shoot right after both Gundam Experience panels (presumably if there's one for Universal Century and one for Alternate Universe). If the Gundam panels can't be scheduled around then for some reason, please schedule them and just have the Gundam cosplay shoots meet right after.

If everyone is cool with having just one shoot for all Gundam, let me know. Really, I think everyone just wants to make sure they don't overlap with the Gundam Experience panels, but would like to have photoshoots right after (instead of before, unless there's enough time for us to get to the panel).

How does this sound to everyone? Please let me know if you'd rather have one combined group as opposed to one UC shoot and one AU shoot.

Awesome! Yeah, I'm sad I missed you and the panel at ASTL too. I did manage to get your picture, I think, while I was running around with friends. If you remember a seagreen haired girl on Saturday asking for your picture, that's me. I put it up on facebook.

Yeah, it kind of sucked that Gundam Rising was running against the masquerade. And, honestly, there were so many people taking my picture I can't even remember if I saw you there! But yeah, I can't wait to see your Haman Karn cosplay!

You should do Amuro! For UC cosplay/meetup, I think there's just members of Zeon thus far. We could use some Federation members for balance XD
