Those are mine. I didn't even notice they were missing til yesterday. If you can hang onto the & bring them to the next meetup, I'd be greatful. Course I'm not sure when the next meetup I'll be at after Firegirl's Edo meetup is.

Sadly won't be attending ACen 2012. So I'll be taking my cosplay up a notch for 2013.

Very much so, considering I work outdoors.

Very not cool. Seriously guys, just use common sense. You don't throw solid masses randomly into places where people will be walking.

*sigh* Let's make sure no one doesn't do this in future corn maze meetups.

This better not happen again.

The guy that kept throwing corn always starts trouble in every meetup. Or let me phase it right..he always continues the trouble. He nevers listens to anyone. He's a cool guy, but damn he is really annoying. I told everyone who was throwing corn to stop because it was really rude and disrespectful...but I got some rather rude responses, and people continuing to throw corn. The whole thing with putting corn in your pockets in throwing it in corn maze..I knew that was going to cause trouble. I think this is why I don't go to these meetups like I use to...but overall I had fun. Just wish more people would listen to me...

Yeah, but I'm not going to name names.
Just saying guys that you need to be aware of people and to speak up if something is not right and very disrespectful...because I think this is group that tends to not think with there heads and continue on acting stupid. I mean I don't mind cursing and acting goofy, but there are certain places you shouldn't do it at (especially around little kids). I did like how people were dancing outside the Patio restraunt. I think "normal" bystanders were actually kinda enjoying the random Para Para/Carmde. dancing, but after that one person flick his middle fingers out at the end of the dancing...that was it...we lost a lot of respect towards people.
What did you say?

It's a shame how one or two people can ruin an otherwise great thing.

i for one don't see how it was ruined. if someone is a jerk, over time we're just going to get more bitter at them and they'll realize this isn't where they belong.

not justifying what they did, just don't think that it's silly to say they RUIN things, cause i still had fun even with the douchebaggery.

haha! i just realized it edits @$$ and makes it butt... how silly.

I simply say "ruin" because if people keep acting out and causing problems for people outside of the group, the group as a whole will be affected. The group will be banned from places, or worse, the group head [in this instance, Xenida] could get it trouble.

So no, it doesn't affect my mood or whatever, but it could in the future if actions such as this continue.

I'm sorry if people didn't enjoy themselves at the meetup. The whole purpose of meetups is to have fun and relax from the crazy work week or school schedule. Now everyone's definition of fun is different. Now I like to act crazy and that may upset some people. The only thing I can say is that if you don't like the meetups that you have been attending. Organize your own meetup, as the head of a meetup you can set rules and decide what events the group will be attending.

But I do hope that some people acting crazy, including myself, will not keep people from coming to meetups. Its nice making new friends and experiencing new things.
Upcoming conventions:
ACEN, AnimeIowa, AWA

ACEN Cosplays:
Seto Kaiba (Yugioh)
Gerard (Fairy Tale)
Gaara or Panda Gaara
Hatsuharu (Fruits Basket)

Kakekage Gaara
"With Sand I can do anything"

Did you even read any of the stuff we wrote? We all enjoy the meetup. I had loads of fun. Its just that there are certain people in the group that causes trouble for the rest of us and terms get us yell at by workers and parents and then kick out of places. I'm kinda getting tired of the whole getting kick out of places because of the cursing and messing with owners property...but aside from all that, overall this meetup was awesome.
What did you say?

I was thinking about this last night. The kid that got hit in the head by the corn, was it a whole corn on the cob or was it a single kernal???
