This will be the FINAL list. I will not add in any late comers AFTER Monday, May 4th so people who are traveling can have a completed list.

Disclaimer™: As per the usual con and fire marshall rules, any gathering with over 30 people cannot be in the garden area. Gatherings such as Final Fantasy, Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, Kingdom Hearts, Gurren Lagann, Soul Eater, etcetc cannot be indoors unless it meets in the convention center and they also fall under the no garden rule. Also, for help with deciding on gathering places, the ACen guys have provided layouts and photos of the hotel.

She means a photo meet-up. Basically any group on the forums (here or coscom) that decides that they want to meet up and take pictures as a specific group (ex. SNK, Naruto, Death Note, Namco, etc.) As long as there is a set time and place for the meet-up, it goes here.

Lets say there's a photoshoot/gathering for Naruto. Anyyone who is cosplaying from Naruto, or whoever is interested in taking pictures and/or watching a bunch of cosplayers having fun, can attend as well. Cosplayers will have an opportunity to get their photos taken by many people or basically anyone with a camera. They can re-enact scenes from the anime, or just do random silly stuff. You can bring your friends, or if you have a group that you and your friends made, they can come along too. Who knows, maybe you'll find a character that your group is missing, but you'll see at the photoshoot/gathering. It's a great way to meet new people and make your convention experience alot more fun.

I believe us Narutards decided that since Naruto is such a popular anime/manga, a Friday photoshoot would be nice to have, along with a Saturday.

We wanted, I think it was Friday at any time from 7-8 PM, at the tree grove.

I'd also like to make sure that there is a date for the Miyazaki cosplay on either Friday or Saturday.

And of course one for Zelda.

Gathering list? Is odd as it sounds, I don't even get this. Anything in Orland Park, Tinley Park, Mokena, Oak Lawn, Chicago Ridge? Anything near those?

This is for ACen, gatherings are like photoshoots, pretty much. It's for all the people who are cosplaying from the same game/anime/book/whatever to get together and take pictures and stuff.

The Axis Powers Hetalia cosplay group will be meeting for the photoshoot at the couch-area up on the second floor of the Hyatt, to start, at 7pm on Firday.

Though, I was wondering if we could also lay stake on a picnic/photoshoot area at 6pm out at the tree patch? Otherwise, we'll find another spot if we should take up both.

I would like to request for the gigantic Final Fantasy Saturday Shoot to be at 1pm by the Tree Patch, please.

No one has really responded on that board, so... --;

Rain Backup, by default, would be in the Convention Center.
